Delivery Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Arokichu delivers digital content online. No physical parcel is shipped unless a product expressly states otherwise.
Delivery method
After a payment is independently verified, the purchased PDF is available from the order page and your logged-in account. Authorised downloads use temporary private links.
Delivery time
Digital access normally appears after successful payment verification. If verification is pending, refresh the order status; do not pay again when money has already been deducted.
Account and device access
Use your own WhatsApp number to sign in before checkout. Log in with the same verified number on another supported device to view past purchases and download again.
If delivery fails
Contact support with the order and payment reference if access or a file is missing or damaged. We will check the transaction and restore access or review a refund request.
Technical requirements
Use an up-to-date browser and a PDF reader for ebooks. Audio requires a supported audio player and sufficient storage or an internet connection. The product page states its language and format.
Delivery charges
There is no physical shipping or additional delivery charge for the digital PDF ebooks currently sold. Your internet or mobile data provider may charge for downloading.
