This policy explains how Arokichu handles information needed to operate your account, orders, creator submissions and audio generation.
Information we receive
We receive the name, WhatsApp number, optional email, support messages, order and payment references and account information you provide. Necessary technical logs help operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to verify login, deliver purchased content, validate payments, review submissions, provide support and resolve refunds. Marketing consent is requested separately where needed.
Books and studio content
Submitted PDFs, reviewed text, audio jobs and account purchases are stored privately in our cloud service. Your browser may retain a working copy or temporary upload data. Account purchases remain available after logging in again.
AI processing
When you request OCR, a summary or speech, the necessary pages or text are sent through OpenRouter to the selected Google or ElevenLabs service. You must hold the rights to submit and process that content. Identity documents are not sent to these AI models.
Service providers
Necessary information is shared with Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and storage, Meta for WhatsApp verification, SSLCOMMERZ for payment and the selected AI providers. Processing may occur outside Bangladesh. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Checkout shares necessary buyer and order details with SSLCOMMERZ. Card numbers, CVV, payment PINs and payment OTPs are entered on the payment provider page, not stored by Arokichu.
Cookies and account security
Secure session cookies keep you logged in; local preferences can remember language and cart choices. Never share a login code or private order access link.
Creator identity documents
Where identity review is required, NID documents are private and accessible only to an authorized administrator after a recent login. Access is audited. Originals are scheduled for deletion after the review retention period; verification status and necessary audit records may remain.
Retention and your choices
Contact us to request correction or deletion of information. Necessary payment, fraud prevention and dispute records may need to remain. Restricting cookies can affect login and purchases.
