Refund Policy

You may request a refund within seven days of successful payment for a digital purchase. If payment succeeds but access is missing, contact us immediately.
When you can request a refund
Requests can cover missing access, an incorrect or corrupt file, duplicate charges, missing promised access or a significant difference from the product description.
How to request a refund
Open the order in your account and describe the problem within seven days, or contact us with the order reference, payment reference, purchase date and a description. Include a screenshot if useful.
How requests are reviewed
We check the payment, order and reported issue, try to restore the promised access where appropriate, and communicate approval or rejection with a reason. A change of mind or repeated downloading does not automatically establish eligibility.
When money is returned
Eligible refunds, including payment, order and complaint review, are completed within 7–10 working days of receiving the refund request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Working days exclude weekly and public holidays. This processing timeline is separate from the 7-day window for submitting a claim after purchase. We will provide an update and refund reference if the bank or payment provider causes a delay.
If a refund is delayed
Check with your bank, card issuer or mobile financial service and contact us with the order and refund reference so we can follow up.
Digital returns and cancellations
Digital products do not require returning a physical parcel. You can cancel a purchase by leaving checkout before completing payment. After successful payment, request cancellation or a refund within 7 days of purchase; the eligibility conditions in this policy apply. Access may be withdrawn after a full refund. A partial-refund decision will explain which access remains.
Policy updates
Updates are published with a revision date. Earlier purchases are reviewed using the terms published when purchased and applicable consumer rights.
