These terms govern use of Arokichu accounts, digital purchases, creator submissions and the audio studio. Review the product information and policies before agreeing at checkout.
Accounts
Sign in using a WhatsApp number you control. Keep verification codes private. Do not impersonate others, evade service limits or use an account for fraud.
Digital purchases
The displayed currency is Bangladeshi taka. Server-confirmed pricing and the selected items determine the checkout total. Purchased files are licensed for personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Publishing rights
Only submit content you own or have the required rights to publish and transform. A submission does not publish automatically; administrators review rights, source information, required identity evidence and the book itself. A web search alone cannot prove copyright ownership.
Distribution and creator share
For an approved exclusive book the creator share is 50% of its allocated sale price. For non-exclusive distribution it is 30%. The distribution agreement and share are recorded for that book and snapshotted for each new order. Refunds and disputes affect eligibility.
Seven-day hold
Verified creator earnings are held for seven days. Pending refund requests, disputes and payment risk review can delay availability. A balance becoming available is not an automatic bank or mobile-wallet transfer.
Audio generation
The first eligible approved book, up to 100 pages, receives one free full Gemini audiobook and a summary no longer than one minute. Further conversions require an approved quote and verified payment. Voice choices are male voices. Generated audio and summaries need creator review.
Conversion prices
A conversion quote records the provider cost estimate, exchange-rate snapshot and 30% service markup. Actual provider billing can become available later. The quoted amount is the final customer price. Actual API cost differences affect Arokichu’s margin only: there is no additional charge or automatic price-adjustment refund. The published Refund Policy still applies.
Refunds and access
Refund requests are governed by the seven-day Refund Policy. A pending or approved refund can suspend downloads and creator earnings for the affected purchase.
Responsible use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, redistribute private downloads, attempt unauthorized access or abuse free generation. We may pause or remove access while investigating a documented issue.
Support and updates
Contact us about errors, rights complaints or access issues. Policy updates are published with a revision date. Material changes do not silently alter a completed order snapshot.
